Describe A Favorite Winter Walk in the UK

The crisp sound of ice as you walk, lungfuls of brisk, clean air, and views shimmering in sunlight—a good winter walk is a true delight. We’re eager to learn about the locations you love to explore during this season across the UK. Perhaps a brisk coastal path, a winding woodland hike, or a tranquil riverbank path. If there’s a welcoming cafe along the way, so much the nicer!

Competition Information

The best suggestion this week will earn a £200 gift certificate to use at a special accommodation listed on an international portfolio of in excess of 3,000 distinctive stays.

Please limit your entry to approximately a hundred words.

In case you’ve taken a fitting picture, feel free to send it in—but it’s your words that are the focus in this contest.

We regret, but for legal reasons, entry is limited to a British resident to participate.

The competition closes on the 5th of December at 10:00 GMT.
